So I did a little online shopping [see: ‘a lot’ of online shopping] on boohoo.com last week and I’ve pulled together a shopping edit – a little sneak peek at what I purchased, of which arrived on my doorstep this week. Now before you go judging me when you see these items, as mentioned in the title, yes I have officially committed the ultimate fashion sin! I bought two items with exactly the same fabric and print. Now I just want to justify my actions by clarifying that I absolutely WILL NOT be wearing these two items with the same fabric and print, together! Ever!
It’s literally taken me weeks to try to decide which piece to buy out of the two, meanwhile I had other items sitting in my basket that I didn’t want to miss out on. So in typical ‘me’ fashion, I gave up trying to make a choice and bought both. I promise these will never be worn as a combo!
Now that I feel like I’ve justified myself – here is my boohoo.com shopping edit…
1 boohoo.com Boutique Sandrine oriental print jumpsuit This is pretty much going to be my ‘go to’ jumpsuit in spring/summer. Everything about this jumpsuit is divine! I love the floaty fabric, zip detailing and the racerback styling. You can find this on boohoo.com HERE.
2 boohoo.com Lucille Gold Metallic Trim Hi Top Wedge (or snedges as we like to call them). The snedges trend has been pretty big this winter and continues to grow. I’m looking forward to rocking these with skirts and dresses throughout the warmer season. The rose-gold accent gives these just a little more edge than the typical everyday snedge. You can find these on boohoo HERE. (admittedly there aren’t too many sizes left in this sneaker style, so if you’re considering purchasing these – get in quick!)
3 boohoo.com Leah Peeptoe Knot Front Glitter Heels I love a peeptoes, and these heels in a muted tone with glitter accent are the perfect nude heels to dress up any outfit. You can find them on boohoo HERE.
4 boohoo.com Natalie Blue And Gold Plate Earrings This colour combo is one of my favourite accessory looks for spring/summer and will go with pretty much everything. The perfect ‘drop-length’ and look for the chic boho vibe. You can find these on boohoo HERE.
5 boohoo.com Amy Stud Detail Clutch Bag I am obsessed with this clutch in the perfect tan hue. It comes with a detachable strap so its going to be a pretty universal piece, and the colour (my obsession in bag colour) works with any outfit. The detailing is chic and I can see myself getting a lot of use out of this during fashion week and right throughout spring and summer. You can find this on boohoo HERE.
6 boohoo.com Jess Kimono Long Sleeve Jacket This is probably my favourite of all the pieces I bought! With kimono’s being the biggest fashion trend for spring/summer this is going to give me a LOT of wear. I’m planning on teaming it with a black jumpsuit (no, not my matching jumpsuit) and nude heels for an uber-cool dressy look, and paired with dress-shorts or jeans for a chic daytime look. You can find this on boohooHERE.
I hope this Shopping Edit gave you a little Spring/Summer style inspiration, or at least a glimpse into what I’m loving for the upcoming season.
Happy Shopping!
